Our requests are checked frequently and scheduling is decided on a first-come, first served basis.

Fees

Intellispect Property Inspection Group fees are usually based on square footage, type of inspection, age and ancillary services required (e.g. pool, gas leak check, termite inspection, etc.). Our fees are very competitive and a solid value when considering the experience and education of the inspector as well as the detailed,
meaningful report that will be produced. Our minimum fee is $275. Please call for exact pricing for your subject property.

Cancellation Policy

ntellispect Property Inspection Group recognizes that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home. We try to maintain as much flexibility as we can when cancellations are necessary. However, we do require reasonable notice for cancellations in order to fill the open appointment time with another interested client.

If a cancellation is necessary less than 24 hrs from your confirmed appointment time, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.
